My physiotherapist Kate quickly diagnosed the problem was with my neck (and not my rota cuff as I thought). Over a couple of months of neck massages and some simple exercises the weakness in my arm improved significantly. Thanks to Kate’s excellent work I am how able to swim 1500m without any problem.
