I attended a consultation with Kate Hesse and she was fantastic. She took the time to listen and understand what my issue was and then got to work to help relieve the pain. I cannot recommend Physioteq highly enough. Tom is an amazing physiotherapist, who was always able to help me with my injuries and pains. Whether it was my back, hamstring, or wrist, he accurately diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and provided me with exercises and advice that allowed me to quickly recover and prevent further injuries. I was referred to Physioteq for a problem with my right arm that had been bothering me for over a year. My physiotherapist Kate quickly diagnosed the problem was with my neck (and not my rota cuff as I thought). Over a couple of months of neck massages and some simple exercises the weakness in my arm improved significantly. Thanks to Kate’s excellent work I am how able to swim 1500m without any problem. Outstanding physiotherapy from one of the most genuine and kind individuals I have ever met. If you need physiotherapy, this is the place to come. I suffered a significant (sports) injury to my knee, Tom’s expert knowledge, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail enabled me to get back to full activity.
