We’re delighted to introduce Caroline, our dedicated Women’s Health Physiotherapist, who specialises in supporting women through all stages of life — from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond.

Caroline provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each woman’s unique needs. She is passionate about helping women feel confident in their bodies, regain strength, and move without pain or worry.

Her specialist services include:

• Women’s Health Physiotherapy – assessment and treatment for pelvic floor concerns, bladder or bowel changes, and postnatal recovery.
• Mum & Baby Checks – a gentle, holistic postnatal assessment designed to support both mum and baby’s wellbeing, addressing core recovery, posture, and early development.

Caroline creates a safe and welcoming environment where women can talk openly about their health, receive expert guidance, and take proactive steps toward long-term wellness.
