Physiotherapy New appointment

Please allow 45 minutes for the first appointment where we will discuss your issues and complete a full assessment. From here, we will then discuss and formulate the best treatment plan for you.

A 45-minute appointment to help you recover, recuperate and prepare for your next adventure.

Please allow 30 minutes for a follow-up appointment. During this time, we will discuss your progress and address any issues we discovered in your initial assessment.

Acute injury assessment for University of Cambridge Students Members
Do you have a new injury sustained in the last 7 days? Are you a University of Cambridge student? If the answer to these two questions is yes, then this appointment is for you. We will discuss and assess your acute injury and provide initial management advice to help you start your journey to recovery.

We offer a 10% discount on sports massage reappointments to University of Cambridge students & Gymteq members.

Private medical insurance

Physioteq and its team are recognised by most of the major insurance providers. When speaking to your provider please mention both the company name and the therapist you wish to see as for some insurers we are only able to register as individuals, with others under physioteq. Please ensure that you have your authorisation code from your insurer before booking an appointment.

Cancellation policy
We ask that you show us and other patients consideration by contacting us via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend.

Any missed, cancelled or rearranged appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a full appointment fee charge.

Please note that private medical insurers will not cover missed or late cancellations. Therefore, the client will be liable for the cancellation fee.
