About Steve James

After many years as an Engineer Steve changed career to qualify as a level 5 soft tissue therapist. He competed in GB Age Group Triathlons, Duathlons as well as running on the track, cross country and road for many years, before injury forced Steve to turn to coaching to help others reach their potential. He holds coaching qualifications in Athletics (endurance), Triathlon, Swimming, S&C and Football. He has coached and mentored International Age Group Athletes/coaches and works for England Athletics as a part time educational tutor.
