Physiotherapist

Alyse is a highly experienced physiotherapist, graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame Australia. She has worked across both Australia and the UK, developing a broad clinical foundation within the health sector, including spinal rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology, and intensive care. This diverse background underpins her thorough, clinically-led approach to assessment and treatment.

Alyse has specialist interest in paediatric physiotherapy, having worked across private practice and community settings. She brings a calm, structured, and engaging approach to working with children and young people, ensuring both the individual and their family feel confident and supported throughout their journey.

Alyse’s background in competitive gymnastics — competing at national level — alongside over a decade of coaching experience, gives her an exceptional eye for movement quality. She is highly skilled in analysing movement patterns and translating these into clear, targeted strategies to improve strength, control, and performance.

She is particularly passionate about creating positive early experiences in health and movement, helping to build strong physical foundations and long-term confidence. Her approach aligns closely with a performance pathway model, supporting individuals from injury and rehabilitation through to higher levels of physical capability.

Outside of the clinic, Alyse enjoys exploring new restaurants and making the most of the outdoors through running, hiking, and camping.
