Natasha has over 25 years of clinical experience, working both in the NHS and private sector, having qualified in 2001. She has a Master’s degree (MSc) in Physiotherapy and is MACP accredited. She is also Pilates trained, incorporating movement-based rehabilitation to optimise recovery, function, and long-term shoulder health.

For the last 20 years, Natasha has worked as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, specialising in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of shoulder / upper limb conditions, in both the sporting and general population.

Working closely with Orthopaedic Shoulder Consultants, she provides expert management of a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries, overuse problems and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as more unusual and complex clinical problems. Her clinical role within the Orthopaedic Upper Limb service has given her extensive knowledge of both conservative physiotherapy and orthopaedic and surgical management, enabling her to guide patients through every stage of their recovery.

She combines evidence-based practice with an individualised approach, helping each patient achieve their goals, whether returning to sport, work, or everyday activities with confidence.

Tom is an amazing physiotherapist, who was always able to help me with my injuries and pains. Whether it was my back, hamstring, or wrist, he accurately diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and provided me with exercises and advice that allowed me to quickly recover and prevent further injuries. My physiotherapist Kate quickly diagnosed the problem was with my neck (and not my rota cuff as I thought). Over a couple of months of neck massages and some simple exercises the weakness in my arm improved significantly. Thanks to Kate’s excellent work I am how able to swim 1500m without any problem.
